Submissions, plan review corrections, inspections scheduling, and follow-up in Portland DevHub, Beaverton ePermits, Hillsboro, Tigard and Washington County portals. Expired and past-due permits sorted out.
811 locates
Oregon 811 ticket submissions, renewals and status tracking. On-site APWA white-paint pre-marking, field surveys, and photo logs of utility clearance.
Compliance & billing
CCB license and insurance renewals tracked, lien waivers drafted, bids and project documents formatted, and past-due invoices audited with payment reminders sent.

Start with a one-time cleanup, then keep things running with a monthly plan. Need customers to find you online? We build contractor websites too. City permit fees are paid by the contractor and are not included.

- Past-due permit resolution and status check with each city or county
- Invoice audit and cleanup of outstanding payments
- Covers up to 5 permits and 10 past-due invoices (about 4 hours of work)
- Done within 10 business days, with a one-page status report on every permit and invoice
One cleanup per client, new clients only. Sign up for the monthly retainer within 30 days and the cleanup fee is credited to your first month. Not included: city permit fees, redrawn plans, or collections beyond payment reminders.

You own your domain, email and site files. After the first year, domain and email renew at your cost. Care plan covers hosting, keeping the form working, fixes, and up to 30 minutes of small edits a month; the $25 rate is locked in for clients who sign up by March 31, 2027. Not included: extra pages, booking or payments, logo design, or ongoing ads and SEO.
